Hello!
My name is Hannah Lewis and as a doula, I am passionate about empowering women to achieve the Joy-FULL birthing experience they deserve.
The Back-Story
As long as I can remember I have loved babies and made the decision early on I wanted to devote my life to them. As my journey continued into college, I found that not only did I love babies, but I discovered my passion for maternal care as well. A passion for respecting and guarding the needs of the mother during this sacred experience.
The Inspiration
I began my journey intending to land in the neo-natal nursing field but God had other plans. I soon found myself a mentor under midwife Lynn Funte who, not only encouraged and took me on as a student, but also oversaw all three of my pregnancies and deliveries. Though she has since passed on after a brave battle with cancer, her passion for holistic maternity care lives on in my pursuit for a better birthing experience for all women.
